• Authentication data: if you sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (such as your name and email) through our authentication provider, Supabase Auth.
• Business data: services, pricing, service areas, job records, customer information you enter, portfolio photos, and related professional content.
• Device and usage data: app version, device type, language preferences, and general usage logs used to maintain and improve the service.

• Provide dashboard, scheduling, customer, and payment-related features
• Authenticate you securely, including Google Sign-In on mobile and web

Google Sign-In and Google user data

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive basic profile information from Google (such as your name, email address, and profile picture) through Google OAuth / Google Sign-In. We use this information only to authenticate you, create and manage your RoadBoss Pro account, and display your profile within the app. We do not sell Google user data. We store account data securely using our authentication provider (Supabase) and do not use Google user data for advertising. You can revoke RoadBoss Pro's access to your Google account at any time from your Google Account permissions.

4. Third-party services

We use trusted third parties to operate RoadBoss Pro, including:

• Supabase — authentication, database, and file storage
• Google — optional sign-in (Google OAuth / Google Sign-In)
• Vercel — application hosting
• Stripe — payment processing when you connect a payout account (optional)

These providers process data according to their own privacy policies and only as needed to deliver our services.

5. Data retention and security

We retain your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal requirements. We use industry-standard measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication, and access controls. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

6. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access, update, or delete your personal information
• Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent
• Request a copy of your data or object to certain processing
