Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By accessing or using RoadBoss Pro at app.roadbosspro.com or our mobile application, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. RoadBoss Pro is designed for independent service professionals operating their own businesses.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate business and contact information.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You may sign in using Google or other methods we make available. Third-party sign-in is subject to the provider's terms as well.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your business
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or other users
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems, data, or accounts
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others

5. Professional services and payments

RoadBoss Pro provides tools to manage your business. You remain solely responsible for the services you offer to customers, pricing, licensing, insurance, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws. If you connect a payment account (e.g., Stripe), separate terms from that provider apply. Platform fees or commissions, if any, will be disclosed within the app.

6. Content and intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you submit (photos, business information, etc.). You grant us a limited license to host, display, and process that content solely to operate and improve the service. RoadBoss Pro name, logo, and platform software are our property or our licensors'.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RoadBoss Pro and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. Provisions that by nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Changes

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
